What can I expect with my delivery?
Spots are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your order is processed, your package and installation date are secured. For special requests or specific dates, please email us at SimplyStunningStyleLA@gmail.com.

When do deliveries begin?
Our seasonal porch styling deliveries will be available from September 29 – October 25. You don’t need to be home for delivery.
There are two steps:
- Pumpkins and décor are delivered during your selected week.
- A stylist returns for the full porch installation, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
At checkout, you’ll select your preferred delivery week.
Do I need to pay when I order?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards and payments processed through Shopify.
Do you have a delivery zone?
Yes! We currently service much of Los Angeles:
- Santa Monica & Pacific Palisades – $25

West LA (405 to West Hollywood) – $40-$50

San Fernando Valley (405 to Studio City) – $50-$75

West Valley (Woodland Hills & Calabasas Parkway) – $50-$75

Conejo Valley (Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks, Westlake) – $100
If you’re outside these areas, please email us to discuss custom arrangements.
Do you offer end-of-season pick-up?
At this time, we do not offer pick-up services. We hope to expand this option in the future!
Do you style for businesses or events?
Absolutely! We love creating custom event displays, business décor, and retail storefront styling in addition to our seasonal porch packages. Please reach out with your request — we’d be thrilled to design something special.
Do you offer Custom Porch Design option?
YES! Our Custom Porch Design is a luxury add-on available with any package for clients who want more than just pumpkins. This option includes a personal consultation and tailored design plan to bring your vision to life. It’s perfect if you’d like to incorporate florals, greenery, lanterns, pots, or other décor elements.
Please note: a consultation fee covers design and styling only. The cost of additional décor, flowers, pots, or plants will be quoted separately and billed directly to you. Contact me to begin this add on service today!
What’s the difference between a Package and a Custom Porch Design?
Our Seasonal Porch Packages (Simply Styled, Stunning Porch, and Signature Porch) are pre-designed options that include pumpkins and seasonal décor, styled in small, medium, or large layouts. These are the easiest way to book a ready-to-install look for your porch.
The Custom Porch Design is an add-on for clients who want something truly one-of-a-kind. It requires a consultation and includes a personalized design plan that can incorporate flowers, pots, lanterns, or specialty décor beyond pumpkins. The consultation fee does not include the cost of additional décor or plants, which are billed separately.
How should I care for my pumpkins?
Our pumpkins are delivered fresh from the patch. Natural variations in size, shape, and color are expected and part of their beauty. We select the highest-quality pumpkins, but as they are organic, we cannot guarantee how long they will last. Please note we are unable to replace pumpkins that naturally rot over time.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. If you need to transfer your package to another person or address, please email us at SimplyStunningStyleLA@gmail.com. Transfers must be used within the same season and cannot be rolled over to the following year.
